Terms and Conditions: Site costs are based on a balanced cut and fill with up to 500mm of fall over the land, on H2 class soil conditions. This includes up to 300mm of engineered fill with a Level 1 compaction report and up to 8m³ of rock removal. Site costs exclude bored piers, blasting, retaining walls, excess fill or fall beyond the specified limits, vegetation or spoil removal, bushfire (BAL) upgrades, and non-standard developer or council requirements. Final site costs are subject to a soil report and feature survey. Additional charges may apply if conditions differ from those outlined above.
